JV Doubles Challenge

JV Doubles Challenge

The Junior Varsity Doubles Challenge is a one-of-a-kind tournament designed to provide high school players with limited competitive experience the opportunity to play in a structured, full-match format. Each school enters four doubles teams, ensuring plenty of match play for participants throughout the day. Every team competes in three matches, creating an exciting and supportive environment for young athletes to develop their skills and build confidence.

The tournament focuses on fostering growth and encouraging participation by welcoming players who may be new to competition. Schools from across the region come together, with up to eight schools participating in each event. This creates a fantastic opportunity for players to connect, compete, and grow both as individuals and as part of a team.

In 2024, we proudly hosted four tournaments—two for boys' teams and two for girls' teams—bringing together 150–200 players. These events not only enhance tennis skills but also promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and a deeper appreciation for the sport.

The Junior Varsity Doubles Challenge is more than just a tournament—it’s a chance for young players to experience the thrill of competition, forge new friendships, and take the next step in their tennis journey, all within a supportive and inclusive setting.
